Cayenne Lemon Chicken

This recipe is for those who enjoys tangy-spicy food! Easy and a great menu for entertaining too!

4 servings
Approximately 110 Calories per fillet (85.0g)

Marinate for 15 minutes or more:
4 Skinless/Boneless Chicken Breast Fillet
3 cloves of garlic minced / 2 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 lemon - juice
Dashes of Olive oil to coat
Pinch of salt for flavor

Method:
Heat griller/pan and grill chicken 3-5 minutes each side.(it depends on the thickness)

Sides Suggestion:
Green salad, Beans salad or sliced and wrap in tortilla bread.
